MeteGPT is a digital subscription operated by Mihci AI Studios LLC. This page sets out when your access starts, how to stop a subscription, and the way we handle refund and billing-dispute requests.
Digital delivery
Paid features unlock as soon as payment is confirmed — instantly, in your account. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no delivery times or shipping fees.

MeteGPT has a free tier that needs no payment card, so you can test the humanizer and the detector on your own writing before you ever pay for a plan.
Cancelling
- Cancel whenever you like, straight from your account.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; you are not billed again.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If the self-service cancel is ever unavailable, email hello@metegpt.com and we will handle it within one business day.
When a refund applies
Because the free tier lets you evaluate everything before paying, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once digital access has been given. We still refund where the law requires it, where a charge was duplicated or taken in error, or where a documented service failure kept you from using the plan you paid for.
Requesting a refund or disputing a charge
- Email hello@metegpt.com from the address on your account.
- Give the charge date, the amount, and a one-line reason. Never send full card details.
- We review and reply within 14 days.
- Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank's processing time then applies.
